populus.social incorporates the following open-source components across its services (this landing page, and others such as the account portal):

Fediwall — AGPL-3.0 notice

This site incorporates Fediwall, a client-side social feed widget licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0, modified for use here (configurable footer, post truncation, a maximum post count). The modified source, including notice of modifications, dates, and the currently deployed release, is published at github.com/populus-social/fediwall, based on upstream Fediwall v1.4.0. Users who interact with this software over a network may request the corresponding source code at opensource@populus.social.

Avatars

The populus.social account portal uses avatars from DiceBear, for example drawing from the Identicon, Patchwork, and Stack styles.

We’re grateful to the DiceBear community for building and sharing such a great avatar library. Even though their CC0 1.0 license doesn’t require it, we wanted to say thanks.
